You can easily manage the views for resources and resource groups in the Azure Portal. While viewing the list of Resource Groups or Resources, several additional columns do not come with default views. While you may want to keep the default view, but you want to have another view created. Azure Portal allows us to create multiple views.
Manage Views for Resources and Resource Groups in Azure Portal
From the Azure Portal, go to either the Resource Group or Resources list section. You will find the “Manage View” section over there.

To create an additional view, Select the “Edit columns“, and choose the columns for your view.
Once columns are decided, apply the changes, and then Save the View
Now, the newly created view will be available under the “Manage View” section.
This will allow you to have multiple views with different columns to view the details for resources or resource groups.
